Great Clients

Nice to Have  Great Clients

I cannot believe this... Out of all the listing I ever had where the owners had pets, this is one of a few occasions where the seller put forth serious effort to keep the pet out of the home. She arranged to move in with family during the listing period.

After our conversation on selling her home, she agreed and understood that the seller and seller's agent should create a relaxing cordial atmosphere for the buyer and buyer's agent. My client has a very sweet dog that would not harm anyone, but she understands that pets sometimes make home showings an uncomfortable experience. It may not seem like a big deal but in this market, a listing needs a fair chance.

PS... She is even doing handy work around the house...OMG

Kudos to clients that care.

those kind of clients are a dream come true.  they make life so much easier for everyone, plus their home will sell.  Kudos to your client.  We will pray for a quick sale!

That is wonderful Frank!

I am with Valarie on this one. When home owners put forth their best efforts also, we need to keep them in our prayers for a quick sale.

Btw the Valarie......My new grandbaby's name is Valarie too!   ^_^

That's great Frank! Be sure to take good care of 'em and down the road they might bring you many referrals. Folks like that usually have decent friends too...here's an idea, ask them if you can throw a housewarming party at their place. Tell them to invite all of their friends and you provide the refreshments and finger food.

Hi, Frank!  I've had clients like yours and they're truly special people.  I thank my lucky stars for them, and I work doubly hard to make sure the property sells.  I hope you get a buyer soon.  Thanks for sharing!

BTW, I like the format of your Market Report.  Cool and colorful...how did you do that?

Frank...

Well this is really nice to hear. Not everyone understands how important it is to create just the right environment.

I know that when it's time (soon) for us to downsize I will be moving out and doing any and all repairs before placing the house on the market.

Like you said...The houses need the Seller's to work with them :)

Hi Frank,

Congrats on finding such a great client to work with. Hopefully more people will start to realize that they have to go the extra mile these days in order to get their home sold. Best wishes for many more!

Frank - I am putting my head down as I write this because my own house is currently on the market and I'm breaking my own rules.  Although I do crate my dogs outside of my home, my cat comes in and out at his leasure and can't get myself to crate him.  Good for those customers......I have to learn from them.

Frank, I have to say that when I went looking for houses last year, it was a little annoying to see peoples dog there at the house. And me being a huge animal lover, it just became a distraction to me when looking at homes.
