Free Music While Blogging

Free Music- No Kidding - I just stumbled on to this site- Had to share

I have yet to purchase an IPod, I hope to have to buy one after the holidays, but if you want music while you are blogging, or working. I love to listen to  while I'm doing BPO and appraisals it relaxes my mind and actually helps me to focus... Any way check out Pandora.com. This is a wonderful site where you can listen to the type of music or artist that interest you most. You get to create your own radio station. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

I'm sorry, but this is too awesome!! I am jamming on some Jeff Beck and Steely Dan, gotta go.

You May Qualify for a Property Tax Break

You Must apply by October 31, 2007

Save on Your Howard County Property Tax Bill

If your household had a combined gross income of less than $60,000 in 2006, then you are eligible to apply for a Homeowner's Tax Credit on your July 2007 Howard County property tax bill.

If you are 70 or older, with a combined household gross income less than $68,450, you may qualify for a Senior Tax Credit. The deadline to apply for the Senior Tax Credit has been extended to October 31, 2007.

For more information go to www.taxcredits.howardcountymd.gov.

The State of Maryland also provides for exemptions including those for disabled veterans and blind per-sons. More information is available at SDAT Tax Credits.

Homestead Tax Credit

The Homestead Credit limits the annual increase in taxable assessment on owner-occupied residential property to a fixed percentage. When selling a home that the owner has occupied for some time, be sure to inform your buyer of potential property tax in-creases. Tax bills show the difference between the amount paid by the current homeowner, and the amount that the new purchaser will be assessed in the next tax cycle.

Washington Vs Baltimore Football

There is something going on that I was not aware of. Many Washington Redskins football fans root for Washington as well as Baltimore Ravens and Ravens fans despise the Redskins. This is something that caught me off guard.

Since I can remember I have been a Redskins fans but I also rooted for the Baltimore Colts and later the Ravens. I recently went to a football party and it was mostly baltimore  residence and when they found out I was a past Washingtonian and still Redskin fan boy did the house come down. I held my ground but dang I thought there would be some kind of mutual love in the house... there was no love to be found. This is how I go I first root for Washington, then Baltimore and go on down to Pittsburgh then Phila and lastly on to the giants and sometimes the jets. I have ties in all of these cities. Sometimes I skip over Phila because they will try to put a bash in on anyone visiting their Stadium. We all have our different reason for rooting for whoever.

I guess my question is, How come the Raven's Fans despise the Redskins fan so much, when Redskin fans are happy for the Ravens when they win ... more power to them, I say. What is going on, did we knock the Ravens out of the playoffs? No... Did the Redskins dash the Ravens Super-bowl hopes? No.... Are the Ravens the Redskins Arch rivals? No.... What is it?
